I started training at 40 years old. I had no experience and didn’t take any shortcuts. Just my fists, the mats, and the determination to keep showing up. Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are not just hobbies for me; they are challenges I chose to embrace.
Training has strengthened my discipline and changed my way of thinking. Every practice session teaches me control, rhythm, and focus. This also helps improve my art. My drawings have become more expressive, and my writing has become clearer. Creativity powers my fighting, and fighting inspires my art.
This site serves as my journal: showcasing my struggles, successes, gear, art supplies, technology, and anything else that motivates me.
